The Craft Challenge
The materials did not all share the same thickness or visual rhythm. The installation required careful control of surface heights, grout alignment, drainage slope, edges, and transitions while protecting the waterproofing system beneath the finish.
The Finished Result
The completed shower is functional and distinctive, with texture and warmth from the stone balanced by orderly tile lines and purpose-built details.
